"It was a pleasure to be in attendance at the launch of the new Alzheimer Scotland Dementia Resource Centre in Aberdeen.
"My colleague Maureen Watt, Minister for Public Health, did the honours by officially opening the facility which is located on King Street. It was great to get the chance to talk to my constituent Jeanette Maitland and Alzheimer Scotland Chief Executive Henry Simmons about the plans they have for the facility, and how it will help support people in Aberdeen and their carers.
"I also spoke to Alzheimer Scotland staff about the possibility of doing some Q&A sessions with people at the facility as I have done these with the organisation in other locations previously."
