After the controversial decision to stop musical performances in the Christmas Village, Aberdeen City Council have now advised that a noise limiter will need to be installed in the live music bar Cellar 25.
Commenting on his decision to write to the Council, Mark said:
"In light of concerns being raised to me by local bands in Aberdeen, I have written the following letter to Angela Scott, Chief Executive of Aberdeen City Council, regarding the impact of recent council decisions on the local music scene.
"I hope that the Council will take into account the negative impact that this decision will have on local bands and reverse this decision with the view of supporting the local music scene."
