Mark McDonald had the pleasure of visiting Grampian Women's Aid in their new premises located in his Aberdeen Donside Constituency.
The charity has been supporting women, children and young people who are experiencing domestic abuse for over 35 years, and aims to provide information, support and temporary refuge accommodation to victims of domestic abuse.
Commenting on the visit, Mark said:
"I visited Grampian Women's Aid today, where I met with their manager Alison Hay. They have just moved to an office in Mastrick and were holding an open day.
"The open day took place within the 16 days of action on violence against women, I spoke in a debate in Parliament highlighting some of the issues I see as relevant."
