Today at the Scottish Parliament, Mark lent his support to Marie Curie’s Great Daffodil Appeal.
Meeting with staff and volunteers from Marie Curie, Mark was interested to hear about care and support provided to people living with terminal illness in Scotland.
Marie Curie supported over 8,600 people in Scotland last year through their hospices, nursing care and support services. In Mark’s local area 50 Marie Curie Nurses provided care in nearly 500 visits to people in their own homes in 2017/18.
