There are several different groups according to the runners’ levels of experience and ability: two beginner groups, two intermediate groups, a five-mile, a six-mile and a seven-mile group. The aim is to run for around an hour every night and runners can fit in to the group that they think will best suit them.

“I had a great night last night running with the JogScotland group in Bridge of Don. Running with a group like this was a lot of fun and is a great way to encourage people to get fit.
“I look forward to hopefully joining in with the group again for some more runs in the near future.”
The Bridge of Don JogScotland group start running at 6.30pm at the Alex Collie Centre every Tuesday and Thursday evening. To find out more information, you can visit the club’s website here: https://www.jogscotland-aberdeen.org/
